Rehab Associates is hiring. We are looking for a motivated Onsite Nurse Case Manager. The position is in our Sioux Falls office and would cover eastern South Dakota. Our NCM''s guide an injured worker through the workers compensation process to ensure appropriate care. Our ultimate goal is for the employee to return to good health and employment.
The Nurse Case Manager attends medical appointments, organize/coordinate treatment with a variety of medical providers. They address restrictions and return to work and apprise the work comp adjuster and the employer of progress on a regular bases.
The position requires good oral and written communication skills. Strong clinical experience and critical thinking skills are necessary. Nurse Case Mangers must be organized and able to work both independently as part of a team.
An unrestricted SD RN license and valid driver license are required. Prior case management experience is preferred and a history of work in orthopedics or neuro helpful. However, we are willing to train a motivated and dedicated candidate for a rewarding career in this fast paced industry.
