Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Staff and the CEO, the Director of Human Resources is directly responsible for employee hiring, firing, and Human Resource functions. This includes benefit administration, job postings, interviewing, and documentation. Additionally, company policies and procedures, training manuals, and other duties will be performed for the aviation centric workforce.

Job Duties:
Company insurance monitoring, employee participation management and overall benefit administration.

Maintain employee payroll files in concordance with legal and HR requirements.

Job descriptions, offer letters, incentive creation, and other employee documents as required.

Creation of performance measurement techniques across all departments and assistance in implementing and executing reviews and incentives.

HR management including payroll management, benefit administration, outside vendor relationships, insurance and 401k processing.

Management of internal staff members, daily questions, and enforcement of company policies.

Recruiting and assisting in developing new hire candidates. Interviewing and job advertisement fine-tuning.

Management training of newly appointed internal managers with how to manage staff.

Policy and procedures creation, process-flow management, and employee interaction.

Benefit/incentive innovations for company morale.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

10+ years of experience in the Human Resources field.

Aviation HR experience is critical

Human Resources/payroll experience necessary

Supervisory experience.

Grow company culture; act as an ambassador of the PJS brand.
