Goomee Inc. seeks Full Time Customer Service Representative
SHIFT: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Guide customers through their order and process them in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate with positive, and friendly manner customers via phone, and email.
- Help customers navigate website and place orders online.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet our customers needs.
- Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
- Cold Calling and phone etiquette.
- Light warehouse work.
This is an entry level position, with growth opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Call center or office experience plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database

- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
