Hager Development Group seeks qualified instructors to provide quality instruction and training support services to the Maritime Raid Force (MRF) supporting the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and additional units as directed by III Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEF).

All instructor positions are located on a U.S. Base, JAPAN. This position is available immediately and through April 9th, 2020 with the option of extension. Candidate may also choose a tour rotation at 3, 6, 9- or 12-month intervals. Hager provides an up-front relocation package, and or negotiations for travel and living quarters for rotating positions. Candidates whom are successful may receive incentive for longevity of position.

Candidate will effectively and properly conduct classroom and practical application instruction for:

o Close Quarters Tactics (CQT)

o Urban Reconnaissance and Surveillance (R&S)

o Visit, Board, Search and Seizure (VBSS)

o Urban Sniper Courses

Candidate will act as Range Safety Officers and/or Site Controllers when required in support of courses and training exercises, attend conferences and training exercises as required, provide administrative support, training, SMB exercise support for training courses and exercises, planning, coordination, instruction and execution of the following courses:

o III Expeditionary Operational Training Group (EOTG)

o Urban Sniper,

o III EOTG Urban R&S,




In addition, the candidate will plan, coordinate, and evaluate in accordance with the Marine Corps Program of Instruction (POI) / Training and Requirements (T&R) training standards, the following MEU Exercises:

o Realistic Urban Training Exercise (RUTEX)

o MEU Certification Exercise (CERTEX)

o MEU InterOp Exercise (INTEROP)

Candidate will be providing the instruction of the 31st MEU’s MRF and any additional units at the discretion of III MEF Marines for deployment, as well as technical expertise to assist the EOTG with the training development continuum with emphasis on continuous improvement to increase realism and to keep the training relevant, dynamic and challenging.

Required Nonnegotiable Qualifications:

20+ years’ experience OR III MEF
