Responsible for developing SMS and email communications to effectively communicate with credit card applicants throughout the full life-cycle of applying for a credit card. Responsible for providing a consistent and simplified experience across digital, phone and mail channels, ensuring pended applications are processed efficiently and expediently, with as little burden on the applicant as possible. Focused on reducing customer effort and complaints, improving how we request and receive necessary documentation and reducing the time it takes to provide applicants with a credit decision.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of email/SMS marketingcampaigns. Obtains legal and compliance approval for SMS and email projects.
Tests SMS and email communications before launch for accuracy, tracking, and readabilityacross devices and email service providers.
Effectively communicates new project launches or changes to the current communicationstrategy that may impact our phone agents in the field.
Manages opt-in, opt-out and all related compliance related requests.
Responsible for regularly A/B test into each communication channel to determine optimalfrequency, cadence, subject lines etc.
Develops and regularly reviews SMS and email related reporting to monitor deliverability,certification and mailing success.
Credit Operations subject matter expert on email/SMS campaign operations and stay currentwith all best practices, strategies, industry standards and apply learnings to continuallyimprove results
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Sciences, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
1+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Customer Service, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 2+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Customer Service, or related field
