Position Summary

Assist the Branch Manager with all duties associated with the management and direction of the branch office operations. Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of integrity, personal responsibility, sense of community, and teamwork by self-example.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Branch Manager in the primary duties associated with the branch operations and supervision of personnel.
Back up Tellers and FSR’s as needed to maintain quality member service.
Consistently monitor the progress of each FSR and Teller and provide feedback and support to the Branch Manager. Actively promote sales behaviors to obtain branch goals.
Maintain a working knowledge of all TBCU products, policies, procedures, and promotions. This includes the meaning of credit unions and organizational philosophy, values, and mission statement.
Actively promote and sell credit union products and services by recognizing member needs and matching services and products according to needs.
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to members.
Follow up with members to ensure complete satisfaction.
Correspond with or interview loan applicants, prepare necessary documents for approval.
Process and close consumer and home equity loans. Provide credit counseling to members and suggest actions to improve their credit score.
Assist in training all new hires and transferred employees within the branches on our policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
