This Sr. Account Rep (Juice Plus) will represent the entire PepsiCo Juice portfolio brands within the Juice Plus C-Store Warehouse team, to successfully deliver annual volume, net revenue, share, and profit plan. Your responsibilities will include to:
Sell in chain CDA agreements to drive distribution gains to large customers such as Wawa, Sheetz, and Cumberland Farms
Ensure accounts maintain a strategic product mix, and regularly identify opportunities to increase sales.
Drive incremental sales through execution of trade promotions and shopper marketing programs
Create fact-based presentations to support selling efforts at chain level.
Support PBNA North Division (DSD) in Juice selling efforts, as well as provide Foodservice support
Maintain on-going analysis and review of business trends to identify gaps to plan and execution, then communicates gap closure needs to Director of Sales and Sales Finance
As the Sr. Account Rep (Juice Plus), you will be asked to :
Represent entire PepsiCo Juice portfolio for the Juice C-Store warehouse system, to successfully deliver annual volume, net revenue, share, and profit plan.
Ensure account maintains a strategic product mix, and regularly identify opportunities to increase sales.
Drive incremental sales through creative application of PepsiCo tools and resources.
Create fact-based presentations to support selling efforts at chain and wholesalers headquarter level
Maintain on-going analysis and review of business trends to identify gaps to plan and execution , then communicates gap closure needs to Director of Sales and Sales Finance
Location semi-flexible - Mid-Atlantic or Northeast strongly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Highly-motivated and aggressive sales individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to create fact-based presentations
Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions
5 - 7+ years of sales experience with consumer packaged goods organization
Large Account Management experience preferred
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must be authorized to work in the United States
