We are searching for an outgoing, and ambitious Apartment Leasing Coordinator to effectively manage the leasing, social media, advertising, and tenant retention of a fantastic, renovated community- Mayflower Townhomes. This is a fun opportunity to join a great team and develop a rewarding career!
As an Apartment Leasing Coordinator, you will market the property to its full potential and in accordance with company selection criteria and Fair Housing Laws. Responsibilities that will include but are not limited to:
Typical schedule is 10am-7:00pm Tuesday-Friday and 9am-3pm on Saturday.
Excellent customer service skills with front line experience in sales is required, high-school diploma or greater required, real estate experience preferred. Sales experience, good organization, and strong computer skills a must. Excel experience required.
Ability to climbs stairs continuously is necessary. Must possess an outgoing personality, the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment, and manage multiple projects effectively. Reliable transportation required. NON-SMOKING Community and Pet Friendly.
