In this role, you will ensure the day to day HR functions are performed in accordance with country and company requirements and will act as a strategic partner to country management. You will lead the implementation of annual HR objectives and implementation of Guyana employee management framework and will act as local compliance expert, employee advocate and change agent. In addition, you will assess and anticipate HR-related needs while maintaining an effective level of business literacy about the business financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition.
You are meant for this job if
Minimum of 7 years relevant human resources experience.
Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant degree.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, processes and systems.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
Previous Oil and Gas industry experience experience a plus
