Provides advanced administrative and secretarial support and coordinates the Excela Health Physician Practice Administrative offices. Provides direct support to the directors and Practice Administrator. Demonstrates a high degree of individual responsibility, initiative, planning and discretion.
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent knowledge
Completion of Post-Secondary Secretarial Coursework
Minimum 1 year Secretarial Experience at an Administrative or Executive level.
Proficient Spelling Skills
Proficient Keyboard Skills measured at 60 wpm
Knowledge of basic Office Equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc.
Proficiency in the use of Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and various software programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook
Sound judgment, problem solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to follow directions from other team members; works independently assigned duties.
Independent thinking and decision-making ability
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignment
Preferred: Associate Degree in secretarial program desired.
HS Diploma or better.
Post-Sec Secretarial Crwk or better.
Associates or better.
