POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Location: FIELD OFFICE
FLSA Class: NON-EXEMPT
Responsible to: DIRECTOR-OPERATIONS
Position Summary: The Operations Coordinator manages the administrative side of field operations by assisting with payroll, controlling correspondence, coordinating meetings and appointments, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and providing clerical duties. This roll performs a mix od administrative, logistical, and assistant-type duties while supporting the team for optimal productivity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the field operations team.
- Coordinate activities throughout the operations group to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
- Responsible for maintaining accounts for toll tags, including payments.
- Review payroll entries to ensure field operation personnel hours are being logged accurately.
- Review and assist coding with company credit card purchases.
- Compile reports from field crews and organize and distribute as necessary.
- Organize training and meetings for the operations team both in person and remotely.
- Arrange travel and lodging accommodations for the field operation team. This also includes locating and setting up lodging accommodations as the fleets move.
- Reconcile all training files, ensuring that all paperwork is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately.
- Manage annual MVR reporting requirements.
- Monitor Samsara account for driving violations. Report as needed to the management team for review.
- Assist in procuring parts as needed as well as reconciling inventory.
- Other tasks as required by the company.
Other Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is a plus.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take the initiative.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
