What you’ll do…
You are passionate about building, developing, and motivating a SaaS Technology sales team to ensure the success of mid-sized, and enterprise level clients. You are comfortable being the strategic leader for your team and consistently set expectations that will push your team to achieve maximum success. You are a metrics driven leader who understands where the sales team focus needs to be to ensure revenue targets are being hit.
You are a proven sales executive who has experience building and leading a SaaS Technology sales team. While there is a sales team in place, you will be responsible for scaling the existing team in both existing and new markets. You lead from the front and be an example for the rest of the team as a contributing leader.
We are looking for detail oriented, strategic, and creative person who can lead by example. The person in this role needs to be able to establish or facilitate critical relationships at target organizations. This person needs to be willing to create content/materials, be organized and present The Flybook in an industry leading way such that there is no substitute for preparedness. We do not “wing it” here.
