What you’ll do…
You are passionate about building, developing, and motivating a SaaS Technology sales team to ensure the success of mid-sized, and enterprise level clients. You are comfortable being the strategic leader for your team and consistently set expectations that will push your team to achieve maximum success. You are a metrics driven leader who understands where the sales team focus needs to be to ensure revenue targets are being hit.

You are a proven sales executive who has experience building and leading a SaaS Technology sales team. While there is a sales team in place, you will be responsible for scaling the existing team in both existing and new markets. You lead from the front and be an example for the rest of the team as a contributing leader.


We are looking for detail oriented, strategic, and creative person who can lead by example. The person in this role needs to be able to establish or facilitate critical relationships at target organizations. This person needs to be willing to create content/materials, be organized and present The Flybook in an industry leading way such that there is no substitute for preparedness. We do not “wing it” here.

  • Who you are…?
  • (3-5) years proven experience in SaaS sales and a history of hitting/exceeding personal quota and team revenue goals
  • Manage Company’s inbound sales program, a hybrid mix of sales, consultancy and marketing skills
  • At least (3-5) years’ experience managing a team of Account Executives
  • Have a track record of scaling a SaaS company’s sales team
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to hire and develop a sales team
  • Have solid understanding of running a SaaS sales model
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a willingness to wear many hats
  • Sales Leadership Expectations…
  • Establish a repeatable (and scalable) sales process and reporting methodology.
  • Hiring, growing and developing the sales team as well as driving the usage of the CRM platform (Hubspot).
  • Oversee sales team productivity and track critical KPI’s
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives to leadership; manage client pipeline, maintain accurate account profiles, accurately forecast business
  • Ensure best-in-class customer service
  • Be a hands-on leader that is in the weeds helping to close new business
  • Creative sometimes gritty efforts to advance opportunities
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales, revenue and activity quotas as both an individual and a leader

  • Professional Workday that involves ebbs and flows. What does that mean: Flybook service hours are 8-5pm Pacific Time. However, with an engineering role, there will be times to troubleshoot, coach and communicate on evenings or weekends
