The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking an experienced Swim Lesson Supervisor to coordinate our community swim lesson program.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all facets of swim lessons. Duties may include training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating swim instructors; and communicating and interacting with participants, parents, and Y or municipal staff.
Must hold or obtain current Professional CPR/AED/First Aid, Oxygen (O2), and a YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor certification. Experience managing staff or other professional work experience is necessary.
