Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in Diesel, Electrical, Hydraulics, and Hi-rail is preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in a similar work environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety guidelines always.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

- This position involves frequent travel. Are you comfortable with being away from home overnight? Our scheduling options for Technicians include Monday to Friday on the road with weekends off, 14 consecutive days away from home followed by 4 days off, and 21 days on the road with 7 days off. You will be required to travel as part of this role. Rest assured, we handle all travel logistics and expenses, and provide per-diem allowances during travel. Does this arrangement suit your needs?
