Job Description: As a Car Salesperson at High Quality Motors, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best meet their needs. You will provide excellent customer service, build lasting relationships with clients, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers, both in person and over the phone, to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the car-buying process, including test drives.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and capabilities to customers.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, including new arrivals, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, addressing any customer concerns or questions.
- Fluent Spanish speakers are highly preferred to assist our Spanish-speaking customers effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
