Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Reports to: Manager – Corporate Finance
Date: December 2019
Purpose of Role : Assistance with the Company’s consolidated reporting processes.
Assist in managing the monthly global financial consolidation process and review consolidated financial statements, including analysis of results and resolutions of differences and/or inquiries.
Perform quarterly analytical review of consolidated results, including streamlining data collection. Work closely with local finance personnel and external auditors on key drivers of financial fluctuations.
Work closely with local and divisional finance personnel to implement more efficient and effective processes. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual disclosures for the 10-Q and 10-K Assist with the performance of Sarbanes-Oxley controls related to Financial Accounting Close and Quarterly Reporting processes. Assist with the preparation of sections of Audit Committee communications and supporting other quarterly reporting activities. Assist with the completion of ad-hoc requests made by senior management.

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting. CPA certification preferred and demonstration of progress to obtaining a CPA certification required. Strong analytical and technical accounting skills, creativity and flexibility. 2-3 years of business experience with combination of public accounting (Big 4) and industry experience (public company) preferred. Public entity reporting requirements knowledge desired. Strong technology skills, including PC and Web-based applications and working
knowledge/understanding of business finance system platforms (e.g.
SAP, Hyperion, etc.). Demonstrate effective organization, communication and team skills. Ability to
influence throughout the organization is important.
