Job Summary:
Responsible for direct supervision of Regional Manager of operations.

Handle guests/ employee issues and meet their needs, as well as maintain a professional relationship with both guests and employees.

The ideal General Manager candidate will have the following:
* At least some as General Manager experience, preferably with a BW brand
* Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
* Proactive, Resourceful, and outside the box thinking strategies
* Strong sales experience and proficiency in revenue management
* Sales Revenue Generation experience
* Be an engaging leader with proven team building and guest service skills
* Use a hands-on approach
* Ability to comprehend and utilize Profit and Loss statements
* Working knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing EEO and civil rights, occupational safety and health, wage and hour issues, and labor relations

Handle guest complaints.

Coordinate and create weekly employee work schedule for staff.

Supervise staff on all shifts.

Other duties as assigned.

Special Qualifications:

This is a leadership position requiring a complete and accurate understanding of all front desk responsibilities. Employee must have prior experience within a hotel Front Office, as well as the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with co-workers and guests. Must uphold quality standards of Hotel. Additionally, the following qualifications are required for this position.

As a supervisor, employee must be capable of training, directing, and evaluating others work.
Effective and efficient communication skills are required.
Employee must be able to work well with others and lead others in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000.00 to $39,000.00 /year
