Part time administrative assistant / Quick-Books entry needed for growing San Marcos company. Must be organized, solution oriented, and willing to learn. Must be familiar with Quick-Books. Must be familiar with Outlook and Microsoft Office, and have solid written and verbal skills. On-line scheduling experience helpful. Great opportunity to grow with a young company in a position that could lead to more hours and higher pay. Wages depending on experience. Will train the right candidate.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain Quick-Books records.
  • Manage employee filing system, and updating paperwork as needed.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Help coordinate scheduling.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Answer calls and e-mails courteously.

Office Assistant Requirements:

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and use multiple computer software platforms.
  • Positive personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Willing to be flexible.
