The Bold Group Content Marketing Manager is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Director of Marketing. He/she is responsible to develop content for all marketing needs: website content, marketing campaigns, landing pages, email blasts, blog posts, social media content, articles, white papers, case studies, infographics, training materials, presentations, sales collaterals, videos, animations, and more.
You are a gifted copy writer, editor and creative talent, with the ability to not only execute on developing ideas assigned to you, but to also help create new campaign and marketing ideas yourself. You possess great attention to detail and pride yourself on the quality of your work. You are well-versed in all the functions within a growing software company’s marketing department, online digital marketing venues, and the marketing automation process – and, most importantly, you fully understand the content requirements associated with each of them.

Integrating content from acquired business units into the Bold Group website
Development of marketing campaigns and content for three separate sales teams
Industry, competitive, and market research necessary for content development
Creation of landing pages as required
Participation in A/B & multivariate testing for content optimization
Creative creation of Ad copy for both display and PPC campaigns
Authoring of Sales Collateral and MarCom: White Papers, Case Studies, Articles, Blog Posts, Social Media Posts, Email Blasts, and more
Participation in the development of both internal and customer-facing training materials
Supporting the content requirements of all networking and trade events
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Fluent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (in particular: Photoshop and InDesign)
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
Social media savvy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Understanding of Persona-based marketing segmentation and targeting
Experienced with Account Based Marketing (ABM)
Experienced in SEM/PPC campaigns (Google AdWords, LinkedIn, etc.)
Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc. – Microsoft Dynamics’ ClickDimensions a major plus)
Writing examples, portfolio, and/or publishing credits
Have a general working knowledge of SaaS and Enterprise software environments
Bonus points for familiarity with the physical security (life-safety) and/or financial management and services industries
