Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

We are looking for talented Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who are fluent in Applied Behavior Analysis to join us. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, the BCBA is responsible for coordinating and providing program services to clients.
- BCBAs complete assessments and develop individual behavior plans
- BCBAs supervise RBT teams to ensure high quality clinical delivery
- Staff Training and Treatment Planning
- Measure and progress report writing
- BCBA will meet Best Practice Standards as stated by professional standards
- Work with Interdisciplinary Team Members to ensure continuity of care
- Develop and write transition and discharge plans
- Ability to write complex behavior support plans and communicate intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
- Work cooperatively with others and is well-organized
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
- BCBA will maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
Must Have Qualifications:
- Hold current BCBA or BCaBA and State Licensure
- Completion of a master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field (preferred)
- Completion of a bachelor's degree and BCaBA approved coursework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Two years of experience as a BCBA (preferred), BCaBA or graduate student
- Fluency in practice management system (Central Reach preferred)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
