Job Summary
Responds to inquiries, indexes the database and forwards callers to appropriate adjusters. Answers basic questions as described below.


Uses information from the company’s database and knowledge of company procedures to answer routine inquiries such as: claim number, adjuster name and extension/fax number
Index callers based on claim number and forward to appropriate adjuster
Delivers time sensitive messages to Company personnel
Handles the reception area for all visitors (clients, vendors, partners, and high-profile guests) while maintaining a positive attitude and the highest level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Performs other activities as required

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
1+ years of experience in a customer service environment preferred
Exceptional telephone communications and interpersonal skills
Strong typing skills required
Bilingual a plus
