We are hiring 1 Supervisor for 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 4:00pm & 1 Supervisor for 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:30am

Responsibilities:
Promotes and maintains a safe workplace environment
Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates
Coaches and trains associates to become successful and productive
Planning, assigning and supervising work in the distribution center
Meeting & exceeding customer satisfaction through understanding of customer expectations
Addresses and helps resolve customer complaints both verbally & written directly & indirectly
Coordinates vacation requests & handles input & approval of payroll information
Accident reporting & investigation
Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws
Provides on-boarding, training, performance feedback and coaching to employees regarding job duties, systems, processes, performance expectations
Assign work, manage personnel and resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner, and in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:
1+ years of Supervisor related experience in distribution, warehouse and production environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or General Business preferred
Experience with WMS software including JDE preferred
Strong Microsoft Office experience including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Demonstrated written & verbal communication skills
Leadership experience supervising 20-30 hourly employees
