Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, sales, marketing or event management
Proven communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving skills combined with strong business judgment
Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
Experience as an in-house communications professional with a focus on writing and strategic communications
Effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Our purpose as the Google Ads Acquisitions Team is to give all of Google's customers a best in class acquisitions and onboarding experience that enables our customers to develop their businesses to their full potential and beyond.
Your role as the will require you to be a thought leader, utilize your business acumen, be curious and bring fresh ideas to the table. You'll be asked to help implement our strategy and be a sounding board for our Managing Director of Acquisitions.
In this role, you will help run the business cadence through management of business reviews and quarterly Objectives and Key Results. You will coordinate strategy summits, partnering with leadership to craft agendas that inform our business for years ahead.
Finally, you will deep dive on projects as a Program Manager, driving both the strategic vision and project execution forward. To be most effective in this role, you must be an exceptional communicator with a bias to action, an agile and creative problem solver, and be able to build strong partnerships across functions.

Design and execute our communication strategy
Distill complex subjects into simple and easy-to-understand language.
Articulate our global acquisition's strategy to an Executive level audience
Work on cross-functional initiatives of all types and sizes
