We are a family owned wholesale produce distributor, proud to have been serving fresh fruit and vegetables to Arizona communities since 1988. Based out of Downtown Phoenix, we offer a wide range of high-quality produce, meats, dairy, desserts, spices and specialty items.
We have immediate openings for experienced service oriented Drivers. Professional Produce Drivers are expected to be well presented in company uniforms drive safely obeying all traffic laws and maintain product integrity.
(ALL DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AGE 23 OR OLDER AND MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF 39 MONTH MVR PRIOR TO INTERVIEW)

This is a physical, interactive position where relationships with the Company's customer contacts is critical. Drivers for our Company are responsible to operate vehicles in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining compliance with all company, local, state and federal laws, rules and policies.
Drivers are responsible for the accuracy of their on-board inventories, communicating clearly and consistently with the Dispatch Team, accurate route running, and timely return to the facility.
You will be expected to efficiently deliver produce to customers, process paperwork accurately, follow driver safety rules and provide professional customer service, as well as perform other duties as Instructed by Supervisor:
Delivery Drivers are the key to our success, delivering excellent customer service and developing long standing relationships with our customers.
Reporting involves invoicing all product deliveries promptly and accurately, submitting daily trip reports, and informing your supervisor of outstanding conditions.
Invoice all product deliveries promptly and accurately
Ensure all tickets presented to the office are correct and in good condition
Major responsibilities include:
Ensuring timely delivery of customer orders
Acquiring customer signatures for all deliveries
Maintaining accurate delivery records & receipts
Answering customer questions in a professional and courteous manner
Conducting route planning to find and reach customer sites in a timely manner
Must be at least 23 years old
High School diploma or equivalent with good written and verbal skills
Enjoy working with people in a fast paced and exciting environment
Must be able to pass a driving skills practical test administered by company Transportation Manager
Must pass a pre-employment, post accident and random drug testing and background checks are required for all applicants for this position
Must be able to pass the DOT physical completed at a MBI center
Have a good understanding of the metropolitan area and able to navigate from map(s) and directions
Must be willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, some weekends and holidays
Physically able to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Possess a valid driver’s license with no DWI convictions, revocation, or suspensions within the past 4 years
No more than 1 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
the schedule is 5 to 6 days and willing to work weekends/paid hourly.
