Customer Service Representative

Call Center Operator (Phone and Digital Team): working from home.

Are you someone who is passionate about making someone’s day a little brighter? Do you love customer service? Do you thrive in a team environment? Would you like to work from the comfort of your own home?

If so, this just may be the position for you. We are looking for go-getters with servant’s hearts to work answering inbound calls from our customers. These calls vary from sales calls to answering questions about our products. We want your personality to shine through.

You will not have a rigid script or a supervisor breathing over your shoulder. We will ask you to implement upsell scripts at times and to get creative in offering upsells on your own.

Our Number One priority is to treat each customer or potential customer the way we would like to be treated. This isn’t your typical call center. We are a team who works together like a family and treats our customers the same. We have two companies. One is in the disaster-survival space and we offer products to help our customers become self-reliant. The other is a health supplement company offering products to help people in their 50's and older live a more vibrant, healthier life. Each day you will be helping our customers do so by showcasing our products and being the voice for our company.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and must be able to think outside of the box to provide our customers with unique solutions. Successful candidates will also have excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask. Relationship building and sales experience is essential for this position.

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Working knowledge of computers, office software, phone and email software
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems successfully
  • Ability to think critically and use problem-solving skills to identify the root issues of problems
  • Ability to work independently, adhere to work schedule and manage regular duties with minimal supervision from home
  • A home office environment that is quiet and free from distraction
  • High-speed reliable Internet access
  • Able to learn and use phone software (Five9)
  • Able to learn and use email and live chat software (FreshDesk and Olark)
  • Participate in individual and team trainings and meetings to ensure knowledge is up-to-date
  • Ability to understand products at a consumer level


  • Experience working remote successfully in the past
  • Previous sales experience
  • Web Camera for Video Calls (we want to see your face sometimes!)

Job Snapshot:

  • Location: Remote
  • Job Type: Hourly Independent Contractor with the ability to be hired as a full time employee after 90 days.
  • Once full-time employee you qualify for medical, dental, vision benefits and a quarterly bonus.
  • Schedule can vary, must work Saturday's 10-4pm CST. Otherwise schedules includes 10:00 am -7:00 pm, and 12pm - 9pm CST
  • Starting Pay Rate: $12.00-$14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $14.50 /hour
