The Digital Marketing Specialist will be based in Pleasanton, CA and is responsible for coordination of digital marketing activities. This role requires data entry, research, project management, documentation, reporting and internal/external customer service. This individual contributor should be highly collaborative, as they will be supporting various internal customers and the entire Digital Marketing team. This person will support B2B and B2C global programs.
Main Areas of Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation: Maintains master calendar of activity alongside Digital Marketing Manager. Ensures Creative assets are created for recurring activities according to pre-defined specs, builds lists, QAs, sets up workflows and reports out on activity.
Website: Responsible for keeping track of website/online portal update requests, getting them in queue and conducting user testing of updates. Leads translation efforts and coordination.
Social Media: Responsible for ensuring creative assets are created for evergreen content according to pre-defined specs, works with Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate the creation of new social content, leads translations efforts and coordination.
CRM: Responsible for inputting digital marketing activities into CRM and tracking progress of campaigns.
Reporting: Responsible for coordination of various Digital Marketing data points – Google Analytics, SalesForce.com, Marketing Automation systems, etc. – and compiling monthly performance report.
Customer Service: Customer resource for digital marketing support.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:
Experience with SFDC or CRM equivalent
Exposure to business or marketing environment through internship or course work.
Familiarity with digital marketing and project management best practices.
Knowledge of workflow best practices.
Outstanding writing skills.
Picks up new skills quickly and acute attention to detail
Hungry to make an impact.
Ability to travel up to 15%. International travel may be required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
