Business Group Highlights
The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Serving federal agencies and the Intelligence Community for more than 50 years, the Intelligence group helps our clients meet their mission needs by providing trusted advisors, leading-edge technologies, and innovative solutions.
The contractor shall provide innovation and training support to OVI. The contractor shall provide Fast Forward training and coaching services to NGA personnel and NGA mission partners. Teach intrepreneurial teams how to evaluate possible solutions (e.g. validate actual user base and establish true need for the envisioned capability), that resolve GEOINT problems, address gaps and offset challenges.
Provide Lean Startup training (Fast Forward) for NGA and its NSG customers.
Provide focused Executive Leader coaching and strategy sessions.
Provide coaching adapted specifically for NGA and its NSG customers.
Provide support to Fast Forward Community Events.
Collaborate with IPO, KC, and Enterprise stakeholders to identify, define and capture specific mission focused problem areas and success criteria.
Continually improve and update Fast Forward training and coaching materials.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or a field related to the duties defined above; or equivalent mid-level work experience
Demonstrated experience working in a Program Office or on a product team
Demonstrated knowledge Blue Ocean, Play to Win, Lean Start Up and Design Thinking strategies and methodologies
Demonstrated experience using Lean Start Up methodologies
Demonstrated experience with the geospatial intelligence mission.
Demonstrated experience teaching and/or coaching for the Fast Forward program
Demonstrated experience teaching Blue Ocean, Play to Win, Lean Start Up and Design Thinking strategies and methodologies.
