This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related
responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or as necessary.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift
spotting procedures; following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following Company steel standard guidelines;
and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Provides high quality Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating
merchandise, resolving issues and concerns; promoting the Company's products and services; operating hardware such as cash registers or related
equipment; processing member purchases; assisting in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges; maintaining Prepared Foods CafC) operations in
accordance with Company policies and procedures to exceed member expectations; preparing Cafe food using proper equipment; ensuring machines
and equipment are properly functioning; stocking supplies and products to meet Member needs; and using appropriate procedures for different
membership and payment types.
Maintains the Prepared Foods CafC) area in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns; zoning the
area; arranging and organizing merchandise; cleaning the Prepared Foods CafC) area (for example, windows, mirrors, display cases, coolers);
utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment; and identifying shrink, damages, or quality issues.
Maintains merchandise presentation by receiving and stocking merchandise; setting up and cleaning; organizing product displays; removing damaged
goods; signing and pricing merchandise appropriately; completing paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; following Company policies
and procedures for preparing, handling, packaging, labeling, and storing food; utilizing, operating, and sanitizing food-related equipment; stocking and
displaying food products; maintaining and cleaning the Prepared Foods CafC) area; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy;
and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other
business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and
recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
An individual must be proficient in each of the competencies listed below to successfully perform the responsibilities of this position.
Inventory - Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways. Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage in a timely
manner. Reports poor inventory practices and low in-stock levels in assigned area. Uses inventory tools and equipment in safe and correct ways.
Point-of-Sale - Follows proper procedures to prevent shrink and follows applicable laws and regulations when selling items to Members. Assists
Members with payment methods, return policies, and location of items when asked. Uses the cash register and completes Member sales in a timely
manner. Reports complaints, shrink issues, and problems with products, services, and work areas.
Fresh - Handles, stores, cooks, and cleans food in safe and correct ways. Informs Members about Fresh items when asked to do so. Prepares, takes,
and fills orders for Fresh items in a timely manner. Observes and reports complaints and problems with Fresh products, services, and work areas.
Uses Fresh equipment and supplies in safe and correct ways, and cleans and logs them after each use.

to understand customer/member needs. Uses policies and information in order to exceed customer/member expectations. Finds and uses the right
