The entry level Sales Management Trainee role is the main point of contact between potential consumers and our firms clients. Within the entry level Sales Management Trainee role, one will be responsible for providing information about our products and promotional deals to potential new leads in person. Our in person sales technique that has been a proven factor of why our business develops and grows at an optimal rate allows us to provide personal, world class customer service and maintain long lasting relationships with our customers and our clients. Track daily sales for themselves and their team members and submit to the Executive Sales Manager.
Attend sales meeting with other Sales Managers and Executive Managers to network about existing and new territories.
Stay current on new marketing and sales strategies to provide the best experience for our customers and our clients.
Help manage your teams schedules with the Executive team to align their goals with the clients.
Results driven individuals who are motivated by recognition and compensation for their sales achievements.
The ability to potentially travel when needed to come through for the clients
Have a flexible schedule and willing to work nights and/ or weekends.
