Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Vice President of Equipment Finance to join our team. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the national sales operations of our company by implementing and executing strategic equipment finance and working capital programs with our vendor and bank partners which help customers grow and succeed.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year equipment finance experience required
- Successful candidate can work remotely
- Existing vendor and/or banking relationships
- Experience with consultative selling, finance, and competent as an articulate communicator
- High energy, goal oriented, self-starter, take pride in performance
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, T-Value or HP Calculator
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and prioritize workload
Duties:
- Originate and manage relationships with equipment vendors and manufacturers, and bank loan officers, to provide financing for capital equipment to their business customers.
- Manage these relationships via existing business relationships, data-mining, outbound calls, trade shows, social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Actively prospect and develop new business relationships that can produce a minimum of $2,000,000 (equipment cost) per year in origination's with no geographical or industry restrictions.
- Develop strong business relationships with sales and management contacts at established and newly developed vendors and banks to implement captive finance programs.
- Ensure that our programs are properly administered and communicated to business partners, their customers and internal colleague
Duties:
- Industry leading 60% commission plan (with draw)
