Your Role and Responsibilities
You devour video scripts for breakfast and turn out killer ad copy for sport. You’re curious, you ask questions, you listen, you listen some more and know how to produce marketing creative that that moves the needle. But there’s more.
You’re looking for an opportunity to lead and learn with a creative team that swings above their weight and backed by a company who understands the power of creative. You’ve developed a POV. You know how to create emotion and how to coach others to do likewise. You guide clients and set-up partners to succeed with insightful, strategic, surgical notes on creative briefs…and collaboration is your middle name.
You’re a thought leader with positive energy that drives projects and campaigns end to end. And you’ve done it all, or at least most of it, from producing eye-popping pre-roll video to thumb-stopping digital ads to immersive experiential creative for events and stunts.
B2C? check. B2B? check. B2H? Yes. What you don’t know, you know how to learn.
Your career is future-facing and you want to work with products leveraging AI, cloud, quantum, mobile and massive audiences. You’re intrigued by the idea of joining an iconic corporation and the benefits and stability that come with that may be a good bet.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years of agency or in-house creative experience
Demonstrated experience with:
Brainstorming integrated campaigns
Crafting clear, persuasive, original copy
Script-writing, production and post production experience.
Leading creative presentations
Multi-tasking, working on several campaigns at once
Managing partner relations
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Passion for technology that can propel the world, pop culture and internet culture.
An appreciation for great work and the need to learn from it
Understanding of traditional and non-traditional media to help shape campaigns.
