Full Job Description
Responsible for wellness portal management; including vendor relationship management, annual portal build, and consumer contact for issues/needs/data reporting. Convenes appropriate teams to collaborate on process, procedures, and resource development for the criteria rewards design build. Understands criteria design and workflows. Provides expertise needed to build, launch and support a successful wellness portal, enhance the end-user experience. Develops resources including print, email and intranet site for Parkview co-workers and spouses covered by the Parkview Medical plan for the discount criteria, wellness portal and Well-Being department. Responsible for training and education through resource development and development of decision trees. Serves as point of contact for front line staff involved with responding and addressing questions around the discount criteria.
Requires Bachelor's degree in business informatics, wellness, or health related field. Project management preferred but not required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in specific area of expertise
Exhibits knowledge and expertise in standardizing data conventions, process improvement, project management, convening teams, and planning for successful process and/or project implementation for internal teams and end-users. Skilled at problem solving, strong organizations skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple disciplines, leadership, end-users, and teams. Demonstrated superior customer service and collaboration skills in working with stakeholders. Solid knowledge of relationships and interdependencies between applications and workflow impacting various departments across the system. Displays high degree of independent judgment and self-direction while also effectively working in a team.
