Overview

The Analyst will be responsible for providing key insights and recommendations in support of continuously improving the website experience for Tiffany customers. Areas of focus will include features & functionality optimizations, and onsite campaign monitoring. The individual will need to be skilled in designing & leading comprehensive analyses of Global website performance, and have the ability to take creative approaches to measuring customer experience. This position reports to the Manager of Digital Analytics and partners closely with Global Digital Commerce, Digital Creative, UX, IT and Global Marketing & eCommerce teams.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Establish KPIs & monitor performance impact of key customer experience improvements (features/ functionalities) launched to website
Influence on-site experience by presenting data driven insights and optimization opportunities to cross-functional teams that will lead to significant revenue growth for the business
Design reporting that will help the team understand on-site marketing campaign performance, and allow key stakeholders to make strategic decisions based on performance. Help the organization refine & evolve campaign reporting to the meet the needs of all cross-functional partners
Support adhoc insights requests from Senior Leadership & regional partners on Global Tiffany.com performance
Share analytical insights and play role of analytics expert in multiple settings
Support leader in taking and translating analytics into business actions

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills

2-4 years of experience in analytical roles
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in statistics, economics, mathematics or related field
Strong background in web and/or online customer behavior tracking
Hands on experience with web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
High attention to detail, with the proven ability to discover, analyze and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
Passion for using analytics to influence digital customer journey
Logical and creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex business problems
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
