Engility is seeking a Project Manager to manage the FAA En Route Communications Gateway (ECG) legacy program. Works with multiple FAA 2d Level Managers both in Washington, DC and at the William J Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Responsible for current year budget management, and out-year planning and forecasting. Coordinates with other FAA program offices responsible for the modernization of FAA Air Traffic Control (ATC) automation systems. Supervises approximately 5 task orders, and more than 10 employees both Engility and contractor.

Bachelor's degree and a minimum 10 years' experience in the acquisition and in-service management of air traffic control systems, specifically En Route Communications Systems Gateway (ECG), En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM), and Integrated Display System Replacement (IDSR) hardware and software.

Must have familiarity with FAA financial systems, white sheets, and OMB-300 preparation.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
