We are currently looking to bring on Part Time Sales Associate to help in daily operations! Our UPS Store Sales Associates deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers.

UPS Store Center Sales Associate Requirements:
· Previous experience in retail sales is a plus
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet all day
· Experience using Microsoft Office is preferred
· High school education required
· Computer skills need to be strong
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Reliable transportation
· Bonus - know Adobe Software or have graphics abilities
UPS Store Center Sales Associate Responsibilities:
· Delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
· Continuously practicing good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
· Taking ownership of the customer's needs and offering viable solutions, learning products and services offered, finding solutions, and following industry regulations
· Learning about UPS and the Postal Service to assist customers with package shipping
· Learning packaging techniques to properly pack and protect customer items in transit
· Working with customers with printing, scanning and copying needs, learning to sell print products
· Operating all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
· Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
