CACI has an opening for a Director of Operations supporting the Intel Applications Services Operating Group which is focused on expanding its existing IC footprint while managing the daily activities of multiple enterprise contracts centered around the development and maintenance of software systems in a cloud environment for major IC customers.
Daily activities of this role would include:
Managing a highly accomplished and seasoned staffing team responsible for over $1B worth of software and systems engineering, data science, and cyber security contract requirements
Extensive vendor management of subcontract partners across multiple contract vehicles
Balancing the maximization of candidate utility across all programs while being responsible for maintaining staffing level targets for the portfolio
Assisting with capabilities identification across partner landscape to build teams for strategic pursuits
Ensuring the timely reporting and briefing of metrics to Operating Group Manager, while also evolving and maturing metrics capabilities
Oversee the Enterprise Training Program in support of all portfolio programs
Manage and balance individual cost profiles when evaluating candidate placement against dozens of individually managed Task Orders
Advise, provide input, and ensure completion of proposal staffing matrices and pricing volumes with team assistance
Contribute to the development of business strategy and the tactical posturing of CACI for targeted pursuits
Managing response to customer ad-hoc requests
Daily interaction with enterprise support elements of Recruiting, Contracts, Subcontracts, Security, Finance and PMs of active programs
Participates in the interview and selection of PMs and group leaders to ensure the continuity of our culture of excellence
Oversees the sector-level clearance sponsorship program (C4O)
Lead and/or participate in briefings to senior management on various business cases, programs and initiatives
Interview prospective teaming partner in the build up to targeted contract pursuits

This role embodies the knowledge and execution to seamlessly move from proposal to post-award transition to steady-state execution while delivering on DL targets and ensuring commitments to partners are met
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in the following areas will be critical to success in this role:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree and a Minimum of 10 years of related experience to Program Operations and PMO.
Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI POLY clearance
Strong background in recruiting, recruiting management and program staffing as a Prime contractor on medium to large contracts
Highly collaborative approach to solving business problems in real time with fairness and consistency
Extensive exposure to the capture and proposal processes and an understanding of various contract types, pricing approaches and cost levers
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience managing staffing operations in a corporate or staffing agency environment
Solid understanding of technical terms and meanings of the open-source, Agile based, DevOps environment
Ability to build strong personal and professional relationships that advance both productivity and long-term business goals
BA/BS Degree in a Quantitative or Qualitative field that requires strong analysis and research
Ability to get and stay current on technology trends and requirements for second level assessment of candidates in critical roles
A people first leader, beyond just a daily manager, who understands how to get high productivity from their team and delivers the same, while positioning their team for personal and professional growth
Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills -Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables and formulas are a plus
