Role Overview:
We are currently in search of a talented full-time Customer Success Manager dedicated to elevating our customer experience. This pivotal role involves meticulously managing the customer journey to ensure absolute satisfaction with our services and fostering a proactive, technical support environment. Your mission will be to enhance customer loyalty and advocate for our brand, ultimately driving our growth through positive word-of-mouth and ensuring efficient follow-through on administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Mastery over our integrated systems for seamless communication with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Innovate and enhance operational systems and processes, implementing these improvements firm-wide and developing comprehensive training materials for team members and new hires.
- Engage in continuous refinement of our workflow and processes, ensuring optimal capacity and the delivery of superior quality support to our clients.
- Champion the customer cause, from initial engagement through project completion, to amplify customer satisfaction and value realization.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track and enhance job effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement, leveraging technology to streamline communication between departments.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable expertise in CRM systems.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- A team-focused, positive attitude.
- Microsoft Office
Experience:
- A proven track record of initiating and driving successful change in small to medium-sized businesses transitioning to standardized processes.
- Comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Experience in leading teams towards continuous improvement, with a focus on process development and knowledge sharing.
- Development of educational resources like FAQs for both internal teams and customers.
Software Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
