As the Kootenai Clinic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations of our Vascular and CT Surgery services including existing practices, acquisitions, and new service line implementation. You will work to translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives, leading performance improvement activities across multi-disciplinary teams. In this role, you will build and maintain excellent relationships with providers through proactive and continual communication. Working with your immediate teams and with cross-functional teams within the organization, you will deliver operational and clinical excellence within budgetary boundaries. Using your analytic skills, you will assess trends and improvement opportunities to implement new programs to maintain/improve patient volumes and access to care. In your role, you will prepare business cases to support provider and staff recruitment and provide direction for clinic supervisors, staff, and physicians. To support your teams, you will encourage and assist with community outreach activities. Some of the core focuses of this role include; physician communication and management, establishing outreach clinics, developing and enhancing relationships with staff, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and key partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration/management, nursing leadership or business-related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative setting required.
Broad and intensive knowledge of hospital administrative and allied health practices to include knowledge of the clinical program development, revenue cycle management, and marketing and performance improvement.
