What we need you to do
You would be on the Network and VoIP support team, doing installations and providing the first line of assistance to our valued customers who may need help using our services.Interaction with the customer would be done through site visits, on-line ticket requests, emails and telephone calls.You would be empowered to resolve most every issue, but a team of senior engineers will have your back if the issue is more technical in nature.You would track issues through to resolution and follow up with the customer, letting them know things have been taken care of promptly.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
To be successful in this position candidates must enjoy problem solving with customers, have professional telephone acumen and solid writing skills.
Nice to have:
Candidate must have solid experience with Microsoft Office tools and/or other online ticketing systems.

This is a full-time position, so applicants need to be willing to work 40 hours a week.
