We are looking for a result-driven retail Flooring Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering their questions about our products and recommending the proper products to fit their needs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their needs
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Actively seek out customers in store and over the phone
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available option
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Expected to communicate with customer throughout the entirety of a sale and installation, including following up after completion.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Flooring Sales associate with minimum of 2 years of experience
- English Speaker
- Working knowledge of customer, market, and industry dynamics
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- College, Marketing or related field degree would be a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per week
