Will provide assistance and advisory services to the commander. Assistants will also assist in the preparation and maintenance of administrative reports and other correspondence. Will also assist to accomplish all necessary internal operations to include administrative training, security, development of organizational operating instructions and regulations and personnel assistance.
Will also advise and assist the commander on policy and maintain office procedures, records, files of various types and ensure the office operation is effective and efficient. They will assist in performing other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization as needed.
Must have experience with managing OPR/EPR submissions.
Must have in-depth knowledge of the drug demand reduction program, health care program, fitness program, safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, security program, supply program, etc.
Shall provide a copy of the metrics data along with analysis in their weekly report to the Government COR not later than 1000 hours each Friday. Metrics shall address status of aforementioned programs and any other contractor or Government identified metric that will facilitate successful performance of contract requirements.
Shall have extensive experience with all facets of Microsoft Office predominantly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. In addition, contractors must be experienced in current AF standard scheduling software suites, like Patriot Excalibur.
Shall receive follow-on training for upgrades for specific software in the performance of duties.
Must possess strong oral and written skills.
Must have a minimum of a Secret clearance
