Our paralegals play a vital role in providing support in all areas of personal injury case management involving motor vehicle accidents leading to successful outcomes for our number one priority: our clients.
At Witherite Law Group, we value our employees' contributions and offer competitive compensation packages. Paralegals start with a base pay of $100,000 and have the option of a 3-2 hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in office, and 2 days of work from home each week.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a case load of 50-75 cases effectively
- Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and various motions with accuracy
- Maintain regular communication with clients, counsel, experts, and courts
- Audit cases for all expenses, including medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, and subrogation liens
- Keep case management data up to date in FileVine (case management database)
- Prepare trial documents and assist in trial preparation
Desired Skills & Experience
- Expertise in personal injury law, particularly involving motor vehicle collisions
- Proficiency in preparing discovery responses
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on grammar and language arts
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with common deadlines and protocols in personal injury litigation
- Experience with trucking cases is a plus
Job Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for phone, in-person, and email interactions
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (FileVine a plus)
Education Requirements
- College degree or comparable paralegal certification and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, 5+ years of experience preferred
Working Conditions
Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Some overtime may be required to timely accomplish work demands.
