SUMMARY:
Rialto Capital’s Asset Management team is seeking an analyst to support its Miami-based Finance and Administration group. This role will prepare and manage recurring financial reports and forecasts around the revenues, expenses and general operations of the Asset Management platform. This role will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue/expense trends, budget surplus or deficits, staffing, trends in portfolio asset volume, etc. as well as communicate across various departments including Accounting, Treasury and Investor Relations.
This Associate will manage, update and improve various business models and executive level presentations, so a high aptitude in both excel modeling and power point preparation is required.
In addition, this role will have the opportunity to underwrite commercial real estate assets and present directly to Investment Management team.
The ideal candidate will have a foundation in accounting or finance, with excellent attention to detail, as well as ability to problem solve when a solution or task is new or unclear.
