Develops advanced concepts, techniques, and standards.
Translates orders into a sequential work schedule to establish lead times for each operation to meet deadlines.
Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity and scope that require a high degree of innovation and ingenuity.
Accomplishes results through lower level experienced exempt employees.
Work performed under consultative direction toward long- range goals and objectives.
Confers with management to determine status of assigned projects; consultant to management, and serves as internal/ external liaison on significant matters.
Prepares status reports, lists of required materials, resources, etc.
Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters to meet unforeseen conditions.
Ten plus years of related experience required
BS or BA
Excellent computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access)
Ability to work independently and complete tasks as scheduled is required
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment is required
Effective coordination skills with multiple disciplines.
