Position Description

  • Research and identify potential clients for Vudu including but not limited to CPGs, restaurant, and hospitality
  • Use entrepreneurial and consultative sales approach to drive Vudu revenue from partnership engagements
  • Evangelize Vudu programs across brand marketers, agencies, and other potential partners
  • Negotiate promotional agreement with partner and prepare contract working internally with Director of Partner Marketing and Vudu Legal
  • Transition signed deals over to Partner Marketing execution team to implement and optimize
  • Create, maintain, and share promotion performance report and library of partnership marketing programs
  • Continue to maintain long-term relationships with partners to increase the life time value of our brand partnerships
Minimum Qualifications

  • Senior sales/business development person with 10+ years of experience calling directly on both clients/brands as well as agencies
  • Proven ability to sell and negotiate integrated programs
  • Established track record of closing business and generating partnerships
  • Nice to haves: Agency background, MBA, and understanding of incentive sales business
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire marketers virtually and in rooms both big and small
  • Extensive client/brand side relationships across many verticals (especially CPGs, restaurants, hospitality, and entertainment) and understand the ins and outs of various industries
  • A strategic sales mindset - someone who can approach each meeting and piece of business with a goal, a strategy to accomplish the goal and a metric to define its success
  • Build strong internal relationships through effective communication and thought leadership
  • Knowledge of digital media a must
  • Willing to travel as required
