Macktown Construction Group, a leading residential design/ build remodeling company in North Central Illinois, has an immediate need for a full-time Lead Carpenter with whole home remodel, kitchen, bathroom & room addition remodeling skills to join our growing team.

Must have new construction FRAMING EXPERIENCE!!!
For all of the independent solo contractors exhausted from doing it all, this is an excellent opportunity to stop chasing the work, stop chasing the money and stop writing estimates at midnight, and focus on doing the work you excel at and that you really enjoy. LET'S TALK!!!
You'll have 10+ years of remodeling experience, and be responsible for 6 major roles with Macktown Construction Group:
1. Look at a project and know what needs to be done, as well as lead the work - this is a working lead position.
2. Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
3. Lead your team to complete high-quality remodeling projects.
4. Mentor and train your team on carpentry skills.
5. Communicate easily with subcontractors and homeowners, all while managing an exceptional client experience.
6. Communicate easily with Project Management for all estimating & scheduling to make sure the project stays on track.

THE PERKS:
- Wages: $25.00 to $35.00 /hour, based on experience and skill level
- Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:99 - 11:00am schedule with opportunity for 1.5x overtime
- Company Vehicle after 90 Days with ability to drive it home!
