Gvozden Pediatrics (GP) is an independent, multi award winning (including Top Docs, Excellence in Nursing, Best Pediatrician/Physician, and more!) primary care practice that has been treating children and adolescents since 1996.
We are seeking an MD who would like to work in an intentionally sized, smaller practice setting. GP is a four-provider practice that is intentionally sized to maintain patient and family relationships and a sense of community. We pride ourselves in making visits fun, rewarding and educational for our patients and their families. Our patient population is a mix of newborns through adolescents.
The practice is located in Millersville, MD, a growing suburban community less than an hour from Washington, DC and Baltimore.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular check-ups, screenings, and immunizations for pediatric patients
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, infections, injuries, and other health issues in children
- Monitor growth and development milestones of pediatric patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients
- Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, and safety practices
Schedule
Four weekdays a week, no weekends, very light rotation of calls escalated by triage service. Rotating hospital rounding at Anne Arundle and Johns Hopkins.
Experience:
5+ years preferred
Requirements:
MD or DO
Board certified or eligible in pediatrics
Currently licensed or able to obtain a Maryland license
