JOB TITLE: Role-player Program Manager
JOB LOCATION: Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Glynco (Brunswick), Georgia
MISSION: The FLETC mission statement is Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, through strategic partnership, prepares the federal law enforcement community to safeguard the American people, our homeland, and our values. FLETC is responsible for providing law enforcement officer training to over 95 Partner Organizations, as well as state, local, tribal, campus, and international law enforcement officers and agents.
JOB DESCRIPTION: FiTT Scientific is seeking a well-qualified candidate to serve as the Program Manager for Role-player Services (RPS) at FLETC. The PM provides supervision of all contractor employees that support the Role-player Services to include administrative staff.
KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ?
Provides program management and administrative support in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement which includes hiring, training, preparation, reporting, scheduling of role-players and inspections to support reality-based law enforcement training exercises. ?
Schedule services in accordance with the Role-player Order which is subject to revisions by daily changes, add-ons, and cancellations. ?
Serve as the liaison between the Government and Contractor and shall have the authority to speak and act for the Contractor on all matters related to providing on-site services under this contract. ?
PM shall remain on-site during normal duty hours (6:30 AM until 6:00 PM) Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays and shall be available immediately by telephone and on-Center within two (2) hours upon request of the Contracting Officer (CO) outside of normal duty hours.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and skills: ?
PM must have a minimum five (5) years management or supervisory experience with responsibility or oversight for 300+ full-time / part-time employees ?
Possess an in-depth Law Enforcement training background, to include familiarization with scenario packages such as field sobriety testing; defense driving; firearms and marksmanship training; tactics training; investigation techniques; etc.
The most competitive candidates will possess keen leadership skills as well as outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills. ?
Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as Adobe
