Responsible for managing a team that develops and enhances credit management strategies and/or loss forecasts. Utilizes customer level information and predictive models to maximize profits, while using efficient trade-offs among key business metrics such as credit losses, receivables, and profit. Identifies, designs, and implementations statistical and business analyses in support of business strategy and loss forecasting activities.
Develops and maintains credit strategies, processes, and procedures.
Develops and maintains credit loss forecasts.
Establishes and maintains effective performance tracking. Ensures strategies and/or forecasts are performing as expected. Applies key learnings to update strategies and/or forecasts in a timely manner.
Designs and implements comprehensive tests and evaluates financial impacts from treatments to drive enhancements.
Proposes optimization schemes, customer segmentation, and predictive models to enhances decision making.
Facilitates strategy implementation with operational teams to ensure the accuracy of executions. Conducts reviews to ensure accurate strategy execution.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Science, Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, Financial Services, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, Financial Services, or related field
