Maintain product quality to the specs set by the Chef De Cuisine
Responsible for station Mis En Place as assigned by Chef De Cuisine
Assist with other stations on the line when station is completed
Must obey health codes and kitchen sanitation codes
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Culinary Degree/Enrolled in Culinary School/Apprenticeship preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a from scratch kitchen, experience in a Country Club kitchen is a plus
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to maintain a respectful and productive working relationship with all other departments
